How to superglide, step by step.
The window is one frame. At 60 FPS that is about 16 ms, at 144 FPS about 7 ms. That is why it works in the firing range and fails in a fight.
Mantle
Run at a ledge about waist to chest high and start climbing it.
Wait for the top
Hold on until your character reaches the very top of the climb and starts to pull up.
Jump, then crouch
Press jump, then crouch on the very next frame. Too early or too late and nothing happens.
Keep moving
Hold forward as you land to carry the extra speed into a slide or the next fight.

Will I get banned for using a superglide macro?
Apex Script never touches the game's files or memory. It presses jump and crouch for you, with the right gap between them.

Why does my superglide keep failing?
Almost always timing: the crouch lands a frame too early or too late, or your frame rate dips at the wrong moment and the window moves.

Yes. The window is one frame, so it gets shorter as your frame rate goes up: about 16 ms at 60 FPS and about 7 ms at 144 FPS.

What is the difference between a superglide and a mantle jump?
A superglide turns the end of a mantle into a fast, low glide. A mantle jump uses the end of a mantle for height instead.
