Why your spray leaves the head.
Valorant rifles share the same basic shape: a tight start, a climb, and a late spray that swings left and right. The two most used rifles handle it differently.
One headshot kills at any range, but it kicks harder. Short bursts and taps are its strength.

Stop first
Tap the opposite movement key to stop dead before you fire. Moving shots go wide.
Aim at the head
Keep your crosshair at head height so the first bullets, the accurate ones, count.
Burst, don't hold
Fire a short burst, let the gun settle, then fire again. Long holds are where sprays fall apart.
Pull down when needed
If you must keep firing, pull down against the climb and correct the sideways drift.
